In the State of California, if you install a Solar PV System on your property, providing you have current "Utility Rebates" and "Government Incentives" in place, you will have electricity generated for 3 to 5 Cents / per Kilowatt hour for the next 35 to 40 years. Utility Rates have increased 6% per year for the last 10 years and are expected to continue at this rate (and could go higher).
This means that if you are currently paying 12 cents / KWh (please check your utility bill for this month) you will be paying a minimum of:

• 10 years from now : 21.5 Cents/KWh
• 20 years from now : 38.5 Cents/KWh
• 30 years from now : 75.16 Cents/KWh
• 40 years from now : 134.5 Cents/KWh
